We start by locking in your design plans and budget. We'll choose the right contracting team for the job and get everything lined up while waiting for permits to come through. This part is all about laying the foundation for what’s to come.

This is when your project starts to really take shape! We’ll clear the site, pour the foundation, and start framing your structure. You’ll see the frame going up and the roof taking form as we move forward.

Next, we add the finishing touches to the exterior, run plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and insulate the space. After that, we put up drywall and make sure everything is working smoothly. We want your home to be ready for the next steps.

Now it’s time to make it your own! We’ll work with you to choose the flooring, paint, cabinetry, and all the little details that reflect your personal style. This is where your project truly becomes a home, with all the custom touches you’ve been dreaming of. Every detail matters to us, so we work closely with you to get it just right.

Step 5: Exterior Completion
Finally, we wrap things up with the exterior. We’ll handle grading, pour your walkways and driveway, and finish off with landscaping to make sure everything looks just as good on the outside as it does on the inside.
