Rafter K Construction, LLC. is a Christian family-owned general contractor based in East Bernard, that specializes in commercial buildings, warehouses, residential homes, metal buildings, and barns. Husband and wife team, Cody and Summer Kohleffel, founded the company in the beginning of 2020 after discovering a passion for constructing high quality, functional spaces tailored to their clients’ needs. Since then, they’ve expanded into commercial projects as well, building everything from pole barns to wedding venues.
